Heating issues in rooms!!! Inconsistent hot water supply!!! Lack of elevators makes for a cumbersome experience with heavy luggage. The decor feels dated, and noise from neighboring rooms was bothersome. I'd suggest significant renovations!!!

Spacious room, friendly staff, with a welcoming atmosphere and a well-equipped fitness center that made it easy to unwind after a long drive, making my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.

discover nearby parks and museums with ease

my stay was fantastic as i could easily walk to the wahkpa chu'gn archaeological site, just a little over a half mile away, and also enjoyed a stroll to the high line heritage house museum, which is about two miles from the hotel, making my weekend city exploration delightful.

americinn is right off the major route, making it super easy to access anywhere in town. the king room was not only clean but also well-furnished with a mini-fridge and microwave. the breakfast was very good, with an amazing hostess who kept everything stocked and clean.

The free draft beer and nachos during happy hour were a sweet surprise. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the cozy lobby area with board games. Exploring the historic underground downtown tour was a unique experience worth checking out.

I found that the dining area during breakfast felt cramped and noisy, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. The lack of an elevator made lugging our bags up to the second floor quite a hassle. Also, the musty odor in our room was off-putting, even though the bathroom was pristine. All in all, the experience had some bright spots but also room for improvement.
